Reputatus was founded in 2004 by Pamela Gockley CEO/President of Vigilant Corporation. Her business experiences proved to her that there was a need for a new kind of corporate mentoring and training, especially pertaining to women and their increasing influence in the business world. In light of this, she began gathering a staff of experts in various regimens to join her in filling that need.

Pam brings a wealth of business and employment experience to clients. In addition to her role at Gockley Associates renamed Reputatus in 2016, she is the President/CEO of Vigilant Corporation, full-service marketing, development, and management company based in Pennsylvania.

In 2004, she was selected as one of the Best 50 Outstanding Business Women in Pennsylvania, honored for her years of successfully owning and operating Vigilant, as well as her many years of service to the community. In 2005, she received the Entrepreneurial Achievement Award from Kutztown University's Small Business Development Center. In 2014, she received the Lehigh Valley Business 25 Women of Influence award. In 2016, was nominated as one of the Woman of M2M, through the Connected World Magazine.

Pam maintains a wide range of business commitments and maintains an active role as a leader in many business women's organizations. She continues to be active and assert a leadership role in many community service programs. She frequently is a guest speaker for business groups, corporations, and non-profit organizations.
